Today was Day One. It might be Day Only.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I have not really made any art since last February. I do some artwork as part of my teaching, but it is not my <em>work<\/em>, my deeper self expression. Although I am better, I have been struggling with depression.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I set myself up with this: neutral colors, make something big on brown paper, follow up with something small in the sketchbook. I danced for about one minute to loosen myself up and get over my insecurity. I found myself moving my arms in big circles.
